Do I have to be a Christian in order to get services from Straight Path Coaching?
No. We respect all people from all religious backgrounds, but keep in mind that all of our coaches are Christian coaches so our perspective is based on the Bible. We just ask that you come with an open mind during the coaching discussions. During the first initial meeting, you can determine if Straight Path is the best fit for you.
Where are you located?
We are located in the Columbus, Ohio area. At this time we do not have a physical location so when you meet with your coach, it will be in a public area such as a coffee place or public facility. Your coach will arrange a place in close proximity to your residence or business.
Do you offer virtual coaching?
At this time we only offer virtual coaching for residence in the Columbus, Ohio area. We are hoping to offer this feature early 2018 for customers all over the United States.
What if I want to increase my sessions beyond what you offer?
If at anytime you would like to increase or decrease your coaching plan, you can do so. There is an extra charge for sessions beyond the 90 day coaching service. If you are looking to decrease from an Ultimate Coaching Plan or Plus Coaching Plan to a lower plan, you will have 48 hours from your signed contract to do so. Any time after, a $50 cancellation fee will be added to your account.
What if I decide I no longer want coaching services?
If for any reason you decide you no longer want coaching services, you have 48 hours from your signed contract to opt out free of charge. After 48 hours, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your account.
Do you offer any other coaching specialties other than the ones listed on your website?
Upon request only, we may be able to accommodate other coaching services on a short term coaching plan only. Please contact us with your requests and we will be happy to assist you.
Are you available anytime during the coaching term?
Unfortunately, we are only available for face-to-face conferences once a week from the beginning to end of your coaching term. Depending on which coaching plan you choose, email and phone calls is also available between the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday through Thursday.
