THE OPPORTUNITY
Straight Path Coaching, LLC is seeking an experienced Clinical Director / Behavioral Health Agency Partner who already owns and actively operates an OhioMHAS-certified behavioral health agency with established Ohio Medicaid and MCO infrastructure.
This is a partnership—not an opportunity to build a behavioral health agency from scratch.
SPC brings the community-based programs, operations, client engagement, workforce-development infrastructure, partnerships, data/outcome management, and growth strategy.
The selected partner brings the clinical leadership, supervision, behavioral-health expertise, and established Medicaid/MCO infrastructure.
You built the behavioral-health agency. We built the community-facing program. Let’s put the two together.
