Monthly Support Groups

At Straight Path Coaching, our Support Groups are designed to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering space for individuals navigating life transitions and personal challenges. Through shared experiences, guided discussions, and practical resources, our groups foster connection, encouragement, and growth.

Our Support Group Offerings:

  • Single-Parent Support Groups – Available for both men and women, these groups provide emotional support, practical parenting strategies, and peer connection for individuals navigating the challenges of single parenthood.

  • Job Club Support Groups – Designed for individuals who are unemployed, underemployed, or considering a career change. This group focuses on job readiness, confidence building, career exploration, and peer accountability.

  • Transitional-Aged Support Groups (Ages 18–24) – Tailored for young adults transitioning into adulthood, this group focuses on life skills, goal setting, decision-making, and navigating independence.

  • Stable 4 Good Support Groups – Designed for individuals experiencing instability in areas such as housing, transportation, food access, childcare, health care, or other basic needs. This group provides guidance, resources, and support to help participants work toward long-term stability.

Our Approach:

Each group is facilitated with care and intention, encouraging open dialogue, peer support, and practical problem-solving. Participants are empowered to share experiences, build resilience, and develop actionable steps toward personal stability and growth. Our facilitators provide guidance, resources, and encouragement to help participants identify strengths, overcome barriers, and move forward with confidence.

Straight Path Coaching offers these support groups once a month, creating consistent opportunities for connection and support. To learn more about upcoming sessions, visit our Events page for current group schedules and details.
